Filtration

Horizontal Vacuum Belt Filters: Provides constant vacuum on a horizontal plane. Slurries are placed on a filter cloth with a moving drainage belt supporting them. Horizontal belt filters are particularly adaptable to applications where low moisture from the cake is desirable.

It is used in challenging environments such as mining, chemicals, and minerals where dewatering and product recovery is essential for continuous production.

Vacuum Disc Filters: Used for liquid-solid separation, using the force of the vacuum. The distinctive characteristic from other filtration technologies is continuous operation. It is used in the processing of metal ores, industrial raw materials, and coal.

Pressure Filters: Filter press is suitable for all chemical, mineral concentrate and tailings, food, and industrial applications. It is used to separate solids and liquids primarily in separation processes. The cycle uses the concept of pressure control, as a slurry pump does.
